Well, our weekend started off great as Ray took the weekend off, and it was much needed for him; and us!! Saturday morning we got up later (cause' we CAN)...haha, we got out in the lovely weather and ran some errands together. We got done in enough time to enjoy our mid-day and early evening at Celebration, which brings me to the next pictures...

...We stopped again, at the Market Street Cafe' in Celebration, FL for our lunch. As I've stated before, we just love Celebration and the stores and people there...after we ate, I saw a new store (from where we parked the truck)...and come to find out it was an, "Sanrio Surprises" store A.K.A. All things Hello Kitty...we had to go in and I was like, "Holy Cow!!"...so exciting...Belle's B-day theme last year was Hello Kitty and now they have an actual store near us...so totally cool! As you can see it made my day, and well, Belle's too as she knows who she is. The store is completely cute...pictures below of us enjoying it...oh, by the way, they hold Hello Kitty b-day bashs' there. I don't think that we'll be doing that, we've had a great turnout for Belle's party last year and they don't have that kinda' space there for the party (35+ people)...

After we got back from our outing, Ray had a meeting and Belle was asked by her Papa and Nana to stay and hang out. So, she got some grand time with her two besties...everything these days is about, "Papa, Nana and Hailey (her cousin)"-According to Belle's conversation...haha...I think she thinks that Hailey is Papa and Nana's since that is whom she is with :)...anyways, Ray and I got some time to go to the store and we had some Coldstone Creamery ice cream (I've been craving it-ice cream in general that is)...we got back, picked Belle up and by that time it was bath and bed for us all. What a wonderful Saturday :)
So, Sunday, we had plans in advance for a date with our friends and watching the premiere of the T.V. show,"Amazing Race". Belle had a play date with her bud Dominick too (whom came with his parents)...Eileen (Dom's momma) has allot of pictures and a video of them, so when I get them, I will post :) It was a great day with friends, pizza, adult conversation and letting the kids play together...Awwwwesome :)
I remember my first jewelry box, Mine had a little teddy bear on it so cute! I bet she will cherish that thing.
ReplyDeleteI hope so, she knows whom Hello Kitty is, and she was excited to get a gift with Kitty in it. I had to put it up as she's tried to unhinge Kitty from twirling inside the box. It'll be displayed away from lil' fingers; at the moment..haha
ReplyDeleteWell I kept my jewelry box until I was like 18, in fact I almost wonder if I still have it somewhere. Its great to have you bringing back memories for me. Can you belive WE are the parents?! I had to sign Mavericks Birthday card "love Mom & Dad" if felt really weird,
ReplyDeleteWell, I am glad to share...I hope she keeps it too. I still ahve my first jewlery box too (from 12 years old)...yup, we are parents...it still feels wierd and wonderful to say at the same time :)
