As you can see I've got a lot of time on my hands recently to blog. I can get a lot done when,

a. Belle is napping

b. Dada is home and can help in watching her and have some time with her

c. I can get time (when she's playing well and not hopping, tripping or falling off/ onto/ or on the couch )

I say that with a smile as she is a really great kid. She's just a toddler discovering her world.

I like to keep everyone updated on our day-to-day activities and there are many that can't see us when they want to, so this a great alternative and a great compromise. Plus, I get to tell a story and let you in on our train ride, hence, The Silipino Express...I love it :)

Yesterday, Jan. 8th

Ray got home after working yet another day at the mouse house (Disney), overtime on this Saturday....not to mention eeeeeeeveryday :) The money has been great but we realllllly miss him. We have about an hour or two (when he usually gets in from working a 11-12 hour day) to eat, converse and he gets some much needed time with Belle too. Yesterday, thankfully wasn't too bad as he got home right before 4pm. We had a chance to get with our neighbors (whom have come down from NJ-vacation), and run an errand and we treated ourselves to some Chili's (restaurant). That is our favorite place to eat at and we really haven't done much of that at all. We all needed to spend some time together and this was what we chose to do. Video and pictures are posted below.

Today, Jan. 9th

We are experiencing a relaxing day (day off for Ray) and is much needed. I feel like we are always running around like a chicken half the time that we don't really take the time to just sit, RELAX and do NOTHING. That means sometimes, turning the T.V. off, taking naps, playing board games, turning the cell phones off. I made an excellent 'Skillet' breakfast with biscuits and it was devoured...yummmmmers! Other than that, so far, we've just been doing "not ta"...It's our day and we plan on simply loving it and this beautiful weather is wonderful too...sunny, windows open, breeze blowing, 61 degrees out :)) I am happy that the housework and all details obtaining-to have been completed (I knew I finished up on all that yesterday for a reason-SMILES). Now I, too can sit and relax without thinking about what I could do next :) Just LOVELY! We all hope you are enjoying this Sunday too!!

Video today coming down the stairs w/ help from Dada...but, she can do this on her own with someone supervising her from behind. Does well with this also going up the stairs...and I am happy about that too. She was getting heavy for me to carry all the time :)
