An all you need in one serving meal (all food groups) :)
What you need:
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup each chopped onions and fresh broccoli (or for us, no onion at all)
5 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
1 cup of KRAFT shredded three cheese with a touch of Philedalphia
1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch), unbaked
Directions:
1. HEAT oven to 375 degrees
2. COOK vegtables in skillet with cooking spray on a medium heat for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring ocasionally. Remove from heat.
3. BEAT eggs and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in vegtable mixture add 1/2 cup cheese; pour into pie crust. Place pie crust on baking sheet.
4. BAKE 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5-10 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
