our weekend

Okay, so I know our weekend isn't over yet, but I am posting early as we have a busy day tomorrow :)
Saturday the 22nd, I am happy to say that we did our taxes!!! Yes, they are done. We've already gotten confirmation back for the refund and it was also excepted the day we had our taxes processed. We are on our way to paying the truck off...Yay!...We spent a beautiful day in Celebration, FL (near our home and Disney), we love to venture in that area as it a unique, quaint area. It is truly a wonderful place to visit if you have time. We have really gotten to know the places in that area and the people are so friendly. We'd love to live there...hmmmm...we've spoken about it, only God knows and time will tell where we are supposed to be (if it's not here) :) We had lunch/early dinner at the Market Street Cafe'. Belle had mac & cheese and applesauce, Ray, a chicken philly and I, a chicken salad sandwich with cranberries and oat/grain bread. It's a homemade style, also old in fashion, restaurant. We recommend it :)

The Parksdale Farms Strawberry Princess :)

                                                                                                                                                                              Sunday the 23rd, ROAD TRIP...well, at least a small one :) We had another beautiful day. It was cool (low 60's) but this is also winter here, it could be worse, right?!...We ventured out this morning to Plant City, FL for some of their famous strawberries. We are a strawberry family...anything strawberries is soooo good!! We stopped at the Parksdale Farmers Market where they sell the locally grown berries. They are also opened all year long and offer an array of fresh veggies and fruit. Our kinda' place. We bought a purple/pink light colored flowering plant that I can place on the porch (I've always wanted one out there)...No, I don't know the name of it. All they had was a price tag (and it was cheap) :) We also bought a flat of strawberries too. Belle had her first taste of fresh strawberries and loved it. A little bit of cake, berries and cream and a few sips of a strawberry shake. Everytime she'd take a bite or sit we heard her say, "mmmmm, Good!"...We got a few pictures of her enjoying it and her day...Great few days for us to enjoy together. It was great :)
