Anabelle has been doing a lot of things, especially this last month. After we got the okay from her doctor, last week, to try peanut butter and chocolate; Belle has had some pb&j sandwhiches, which she loves. For lunch she's had this along with her crunchies and, what we call: "a milky sip"--------------------------------->
Her appetite is getting better, she lets me know when she is hungry, thirsty and even tired. I usually keep snacks on the table for her to get to along with a drink throughout the day (she likes to carry it around).
There have been a lot of changes in this household due in part that I like to get into bed a little earlier when Ray does now. Belle is being adjusted to earlier bed times (10pm), earlier mornings (9am), and napping around (1-2pm). She has the hardest time at night, settling down. She sleeps well for her nap mid-day. Along with her age, and being a toddler, her vocabulary and playing is getting more advanced and she is also showing some great 'affectionate' qualities. Her 'potty training' will advance within the next few months too. We are taking that daily as she is still too young in some ways to communicate the potty issue, but at the same time is used to telling us that she has done #1 and/or #2. We'll get there soon. Along with reading and getting as much information as I can, we are doing a great job parenting-I know I can say that w/o anyone taking that arrogantly. I can never have too much information or stories form anyone. But, just like any child, mine is different from others'. She is accomplishing so many tasks and saying a lot. Soon she'll be putting sentences together. She does put out a few words together already :) We are so very proud of her....I found some great info from WedMD about healthy eating, and it coincides with the Gerber toddler foods as they are a healthy choice to feed youngsters and neat ideas for eating (tools, meal plans, etc.,) We get this in the mail but I wanted to share this info as well. It's so neat, all the tools we have for our kids these days :)
Check it out :)
