Today was the second time I used our bread maker and made some white bread for Ray. I tested it out yesterday and it didn't turn out too well, so today went much better. I used a lower setting on the bread color. It was in a shorter amount of time too...there is nothing like a warm bread baking....mmmmm...the smell is wonderful :)

White Bread- From My Breadman Bread Maker

Ingredients (to make a 1lb. loaf):
3/4 cup of water (cold)
4 tsp. of oil
4 tsp. of sugar (not substitute sugar)
2 1/4 cup of flour (preferably bread flour)
1 tsp. of yeast

I placed all ingredients in the bread maker and let it do the rest. It took about 3 hours for the process to complete. Once it's done, enjoy the smell and taste...it's so worth it. I can't wait to make other breads too :)

White Bread I made today :) nummers...
